20x10 (Two 10x10 smaller areas)
Blue possess around 2 reds, if 2 reds win it they play the 2 reds in the other grid and join other grid. 2 blues go and defend the 4 reds.
***When ball is lost, WIN IT BACK! - 2 "ball-oriented players" forcing outside and the rest mark next closest pass.
- Play 2 mins- team defending at time owes something (i.e. 3 knee's to chest)

Area: 40x30
- All restarts with the team of 4
- Team of 5 looks to score on either goal while team of 4 tries to win it and keep it.
- If team of 4 wins it, they may only use the GK in the half the ball is in.
- Play 2 min games
Coaching Points:
*When team of 5 loses it:
- On the ball: 2 closest = ball-oriented forcing outside.
- Around the ball: tighly mark the next closest passing opportunities.
- Away from the ball: Players furthest from the ball must bully opposition expecting the big ball.

6v6: Field: 55x33 Four 4.5 minute games with 2 mins rest between games
**Uninterupted Play: Coach within the run of play only. No stoppages. Keep balls available for restarts.
- Attack in a 2-1-2
- Defend in a 2-2-1
- Emphasize Ball-oriented defender's responsibilities when losing it based on support/location of the field and how that relates to defenders around and away from the ball.
NOTE: Inactive players should be doing fitness specific to game demands on the side. Make sure to switch players in and out between each game and not during.
*** Make sure to lead team through a proper cool down to end training.

Warm-Up: 10-9-8... (15 mins)
Area = two grids of 5x5
4 teams of 5
- 5v1 for 10 seconds (Coach counts down!) or ball turned over. Team of 5 has one-touch only. Ball starts with attackers.
- If ball is turned over, defender goes to other side of the square.
- if ball is retained for complete 10 seconds, defender returns to back of the line.
- Possessing team that is still going, and defending team that is done win. Losers owe something.
Coaching Points:
"Ball-Oriented Defending"
***Mix intentive dynamic movements into the warm-up (short and sharp movements)
