F-Marc (Activation 1) (10 mins)

TOTAL DURATION: 10 minutes

INTENSITY: Moderate to hard

DIMENSIONS:

The course is made up of six pairs of parallel cones, approximately 5-6 yards apart.

DESCRIPTION:

- Two players start at the same time from the first pair of cones, jog along the inside of the cones and do the various exercises on the way. After the last cone, they run back along the outside. On the way back, speed can be increased progressively as players warm up.

7 rounds of 1 min. / 30 sec. recovery-dynamic stretching (in between each round) / 3 min. recovery (transition to next activity)

INTENSITY: Moderate to hard

DESCRIPTION:

- Objective is to activate the players and prepare them for the topic

- Yellows start with the ball, 3v3 attacking and defending 2 gates

- NO tackling

- Possession is given away if the player on the ball gets tagged
