10x20 area with central 10x10 cage. Players take turns in each role.
1st red dribbles in and 1st blue attempts to win ball from him.
Red must shield for 5 secs and then find a pass to any other red = 1 point.
If blue wins ball he passes to any other blue who dribbles in and game restarts with a new red attacking.
If ball goes out of play a new pair start again - coach decides who has possession.

Player 1 passes to 2 who makes centre run to mask 'defender' and sets for 3 who returns for 2s continued looping run. 1 runs wide and finishes 1 touch.

Now add a defender replacing the manekin. His job is as 1st defender to force play backwards and sideways, but always pressuring the player on the ball.
The reds must now combine in any way to get beyond the defender and create a scoring chance. All passes and finish must be 1 touch.
Allow reds 2 mins attacking and then blues.

Start with a 3v1 in half A where the only way to get the ball into half B is a 1 touch pass.
Play for 2 mins to see how many goals red can get then allow blues 2 mins attacking.
Once over half way all players are active in all areas.
If defending team win the ball they can attack 2v4.
Initially allow multi touch finish.
Progress by demanding a 2nd 1 touch pass/set once initially over half way.
Progress again by demanding a 1 touch finish (weak foot even).
Progress again by allow game to flow - when defenders win ball they pass out to a team mate, the game restarts from their end as 2 attackers go off.

6v6 target man game, in 30x40 area, with 10x30 scoring zones.
Extra player is a neutral who plays for the team in possession.
Ball must be passed in to either target player who sets for any team mate to finish 1 touch.
2v1, or 3v1 in scoring zones if an outer player comes in to finish.
Restarts are goal kicks/dribbles unopposed by the 2 opponents in the scoring zone.
1 target player and defensive player should change after each attack.
Defensive player can step out of his zone when team on attack.
