Fast Break Attacks - 40 x 40 yards
- Play until a team scores or for 1 minute, whichever comes first.
Objective:
- Players must chase down a ball that is thrown out by the coach.
- First team to the ball must try to formulate a pass which then must be finished first time to score.
- Encourage players to keep possession until the space and angles arise for shooting opportunities.
Variations:
- Restrict the number of touches players have on the ball
- Place a set number of passes teams must reach before they can shoot i.e 3 passes etc.
