Activity:
2 groups: runners, shooters, resters
On go, the runners complete one lap around field.
In that time, the shooters must do a push up at each cone and then finish off a cross. Shooters try to score as many goals as possible before last runner gets back to starting corner.
Resters shag balls.

6v6 in central area and 6 neutrals playing on outside.
Neutrals must play in 1 touch unless crossing (2 touch max).
Winner stays on.

Half field with a half line and wide areas marked as shown.
3 teams of 7 in 1-3-3
Activity:
Normal 7v7 game, but each team is not allowed to defend in their defensive wide zone. Progress to allow 1 defender.
3 points for a goal.
2 points for a shot off cross.
1 point for overlap in wide area.
3rd team is resting.
Teams keep track of wins for overall winner after 6 rotations.
Coaching Points:
~ Wide players not being in same channel when supporting play.
~ Use of overlaps in wide channel.
~ When crossing: hips pointed back to middle; decision of low/driven vs. high/lofted cross
