Organization:
- Two small goals 20yrds apart with a restiction line 5yrs past first goal
- Two lines of players, line farthest away from goals start with balls, but become defenders in the activity
- Player A plays ball in front of player B and then overlaps to begin defending
- Player B can score on either goal, but must cross the restiction line before scoring on either goal
- Defender can score immediately on either goal if they win the ball
- After time switch lines and rolls
Coaching Points:
*take ball at speed
*use COD or hesitation skills to create chance
*keep ball on other side of defender
*use change of speed to off-balance defender

- 6v5 Defending team set up with 2,3,4,5,6
- Attacking team can be set up at coach's discretion
- Attacking team attempts to break down defending back line and score on big goal, defenders score on counter goals representing balls into attacking players
Coaching Points:
*Compactness while defending
*Shifting as a group
*When to step in to win ball
*Screening target
*Pressure, Cover, Balance
Adjustments:
- Can add attackers and or defenders
- Can add targets instead of counter goals who join build up when defenders have won the ball
