Instructions:
A - Players dribble out to centre line and the perform a 'Stop-Turn'. After turning they return to start line and partner goes. Process repeats.
B - Players dribble out and perform a Stop Start (swivel-hips) at the centre line and then accelerate to the endline at which point the next player does the same. Process repeats.
Coaching Points:
- Pinky toe to dribble
- Keep ball close, touch on every step
- Correct execution of turn and stop start
- Open the hips to sell the move
- Ball out of feet
- Head up after turn/stop start
- Accelerate out of turn/stop start
Progressions:
- Use weaker foot on every other go
- For (A) can also do dragback turn, then progress in (B) to drag-push start-stop.

Instructions:
Red attacks, blue defends. The first two from each team go 1v1 with red able to score in either goal. Keep playing until a goal is scored or the ball goes out and then repeat with the next two players. Switch attackers and defenders each round. Closer goal is worth 1 point, further goal worth 2. Keep total team score.
Coaching Points:
- Quality of first touch (Direction - towards goal, Weight)
- Awareness of defender's position
- Be positive, attack goal if possible
- Decision, Turn or Stop start to lose the defender (Scenarios from warm up)
- Protect the ball with your body at all times
- Finish!
Progressions:
- Switch goals to other side (as in the right half, above) so as to work both feet.

Progressions
- Switch which goals teams are shooting at (i.e. two opposite goals or two contiguous goals)
- Remove two goals after 10 minutes for free play
