2 teams compete against each other (first to 6 goals) Rotate sides of field

Attack v Defense with endzone (25 mins)

Attack vs Defense w/ Offside line

Attacking team try to score in the goal, but can only enter the "endzone" once a forward pass is played into it. Once a pass is played, the defending team have 2 seconds before they can enter the zone.

Progression:

- Defending team can enter immediately

Coaching points:

- Recognition of space and how to exploit it

- Movement off the ball to get beyond back line

- Positive movement to get into box

- Triggers for overlap?
