Organization:
- Same practice is et up each side of the field
- Each team plays with 6 players
- 2 strikers start on red cones on the edge of the box
Instructions:
- Passing pattern is indicated by numbers on the lines and the letters represent the players playing/receiving the pass
- A and B play a give and go before A passes to a checking C
- As C receives the ball B turns to receieve from C.
- B then play a forward pass to an overlapping D who crosses into the box
- As B and C begin their combination the 2 strikers check to the tall cones before making runs into the box.
- The process is then repeated on the other side of the field.
Coaching Points/Questions:
- Quick Combinations: Can players play 1 touch when possible
- Do players time their movements?
- Quality of cross
- Quality of pass
Regressions/Progressions:
P: Allow players to make their own combinaitons
P: Add defenders to defend the cross
R: Simplify combinations

Set-Up:
- 3 teams of 4 + 1GK (13 players but adaptable)
- 4vs4 in the middle with 4 neutrals on the outside
- 50x40 area with two 5x50 wide channels (adaptable to available space)
- Neutral team postion themselves on each with one in the middle.
Instructions:
- The game is now directional with one team scoring in pugg nets and the other on the big goal with a GK.
- Players do not have to use the outside players but they are there to help retain possession.

Set-Up:
- 5vs5 with one team off
Instructions:
- 1st goal wins, 3-minute games
- When a team comes off the new team dribble in and chooses which goal to score on.

Coach creates a 10*10 square with players divided evenly on the cones. Each players has a ball.
Instructions
Players dribble in from two corners and must perform moves (see below). They will join the oposite line after which the other two lines begin.
