Description

  • This is a three team transitional Rondo
  • Middle team are defenders and only two can press the side with the ball at one time to win the ball
  • Team in possession must make four passes then look to SWITCH PLAY to the other side
  • When play is switched the other two defenders go across and try to win the ball
  • The team that give the ball away become the defending team
