Organization:
Split the group. Approx 11 with MvL and YS
Instructions:
Directional Possession
Blue tries to get the ball to the target on one side and white to the target at the opposite side.
When target gets the ball he starts playing with opposing team
Coaching Points:
Technical execution, first touch forward, speed in the ball
Try to get the ball forward as fast as possible
Find open channels
If in the channel and dont get the ball leave again, dont stay and become a easy target (come and go)
Attack space teammate leaves open
Special attention to GK Bryan, execution passing, decision making, look for open channels
Progressions:
2 touches max

Organization:
White: 1 GK,4,5,6,8,10,9
Blue: 6,8,10,7,9,11
Instructions:
GK White starts with the ball, ones in a while the coach plays a new ball in
White can score by getting the ball into the endzone in the middle or by dribbling thru the gates on the side
Blue can score by getting the ball and scoring in the big goal
When White scores the coach will play a ball to blue quickly to trigger the reaction to the losing ball of white

Maximize field
Rotation midfield and movement midfield in different situations
Creating channels to the 9
Decission making (especially 4 & 5)
Technical execution (speed of the ball)

Passing and receiving (20 mins)
Organization:
Set up 2 organizations with minimum 8 and maximum 12 players each organization
Half of the group with MvL and the other half with YS
Instructions:
2 players in the middle need to move opposite ways from each other
It could be to the side, but could also switch halfs (blue line)
Front player decides first movement in communication with the back player
Players rotate from cone to cone

- The ball rolls / speed of the ball
