Organization:
each team has 4-5 soccer balls situated on top of the cone
2 teams, 1 on each side.
Instructions:
Objective : knock all opponent`s soccer balls off the cones
Players are not allowed to block the cones or enter inside of the grid
players must stay behind their line of balls.
Coaching Points:
Inside of the foot
weight and accuracy of the shot
toe pointing at the target (ball on top of the cone)
Progressions:
- add a blocker from each team who could shoot where they block it from.
