Organization:
-2 to 3 frields each measure 15 yards by 20 yards
-4 players per group
Instructions:
-Player B in middle checks backwards
-Then comes forward towards player A
-As they are checking forward and calling for the ball the player A will pass the ball.
-Player B takes ball with inside or outside of foot spin
-Once they have turned they dribble to emd line perform U-Turn
-Then player B will go 1v1 versus A to perform inside/outside or inside scissor move

-Checking shoulder as ball being passed
-Weight on the pass
-Outside of foot spin away from ball
-Creating Space front/back
-Quality of moves

Organization:
-Same Set up as before
-Add 2 players D&C
Instructions:
-Now defender C add semi pressure without stealing the ball
-D runs sto either end of the side line
-B must turns on the opposite way of D
-B now try to beat D on the end zone line while D trying to apply pressure back
-B perform U turn pass to D who receive and turn play 1v1 vs A
-Rotation:Player A-C-B-D

-Checking out of area sideways
-Checking shoulder as ball has been passed to see defenders movement
-Proper part of foot to spin away
-Inside of foot spin with the ball,
-Outside of foot spin away from ball

Progressions:
-D stay high on check on either side
-B spin pass to D ang go 2v1 vs C to pass back to A

-That player check in to beat opposite players
-3 points for scoring on turn, 2 for turns and dribble and 1 for using support player 2v1If pPla
-Defender is live on second touch/ can play back to teammate
-Player has options to use passing player as support after trying to turn

Instructions:
Ball starts in the middle. Team in possession must find both end zones before someone in the end zone can score by rolling their defender and scoring in the goal behind them.
Defenders are only allowed to tackle after the forwards first touch.
Coaching Points:
Decision of when to spin defender v. hold the ball up
Check to the ball
Arm out - feel for defender
Check shoulder - know where he is
