Dribbling 2
-Player dribbles around the area, when coach calls a colour the player must leave the dribbling area and as fast as they can, dribble to the said cone.
-When they reach the cone they must dribble around the cone, staying as tight as they can around the cone and then dribble back.

Dribbling 3
-Player must dribble around the cones as shown and once they reach the end, they must pass into the goals.
-6 reps of cutting around the cone with the inside if the foot
-6 reps of cutting around the cones with the outside of the foot.
- Looking for player to dribble at speed while also keeping the ball under control

Passing 1
-One touch passing each side of the defender using the outside foot.
-Always working behind the defender

Passing 2
-Same as before but now player is opening their body up and passing the ball with their back foot
-Check shoulder every time.

Passing 3
-Same as Passing 1 but now two touch

Passing 4
-Player starts behind red gate, to start they check to the outside of the red gate and complete a bounce pass with the coach.
-Player then checks to the other side of the red gate and complete a bounce pass. Once they complete this bounce pass the player checks their shoulder, drops deep and receives another pass from the coach. the players first touch should bring them across the poles. Once on the other side of the poles the player passes the ball back to the coach.
-Player then checks forward again and completes a bounce pass.
-Player then checks to the outside of the red cones and completes another bounce pass to finish the drill.
-Complete 5 reps and then switch direction.

-Player must keep the ball under control at all times. They should start off slow and once they feel that the pace they are going is too easy, then speed it up.
