Set up:20X20 2 goals opposite each other w cone gates 3 yard in front. Players face off in middle, one attacker and defender,.
Players in middle fast feet, attacker must run to a goal without ball and defender must tag him. Players use side step from previous drill.
Progress w a ball and once scored players race to oppsite gate.
