Once the first ball is out of play. A blue player, plays a one-two with the red player and shoots. Encourage as few touches as possible depending on ability, aiming for one touch passing and shooting.

Once the second ball is out of play, the yellow player plays a one-two with the blue player with the ball being played into a wide position from where the yellow player can cross the ball for either the red or blue player to score. As there are no defenders try to use as few touches as possible, the more able players should be able to do this by passing and shooting first time.

Once all three balls have been played, then reset with the players joining the back of the queue at their station. Rotate groups between stations and switch stations 1&3 to make sure players get used to crossing from both the left and the right.
