Set Up
20 yards long, open width.
Rules and Conditions
Player 1 to throw to player 2 for her to head to player 1 or 3 who must catch it or can head for goal straight away. When the ball is thrown to head, opponents can only challenge with their head. When the ball has been headed to be catched, opposition player can challenge with hands. The player with the ball in their hands can pivot on one foot but cannot move. Teams to attack a direction and try to score a headed goal. (APARNA TO BE IN GOAL)

Set Up
W30xL30 yards with 2 big goals. Use 2 permanent gk's
Rules and Conditions
Three teams. 2 play while one team rests. First team to score wins. When team wins, the keep their gk and attack the same direction. Losing Gk starts with the ball. Can team coming on the field attack quickly for a quick goal. Maximum game time of 4 minutes.
