Set, Collapse & Pass - Progression (15 mins)
Progression 1:
GK in triangle receives a toss from Server 1 to the right side. GK collapses and plays the ball back to feet. (A)
GK then moves to right side and receives a pass from Server 2. GK plays one-time pass.
GK returns to middle and receives 2nd toss from Server 1, now to the left. Collapses and plays ball back to feet.(B)
GK now moves to left side to receive pass from Server 3.
Complete twice and then rotate.

Pass, Move & Shot - Progression 2 (15 mins)
Progression 2:
GK starts behind the right cone.
GK now starts by receiving a pass from Server 1 who is on the right side. (Pass is played to the left foot so the GK can take a touch and then pass to Server 2 who is 8-10 yards away.)
As the GK passes the ball, they will now move into the middle to cut down angle. Server 2 has two touches to control and then serve the ball w/pace at the GK.
Once the GK makes the save, they will move behind the left cone to receive a ball from Server 3.
GK will have ball played to right foot (opposite) and then play to top (Server 2).
Server 2 will take two touches (one to control, one to shoot).
Rotate.
