Organization:
1 passing player, 1 receiving player, 1 defender, 1 target player, 6 cones, 1 ball
Instructions:
Defender blocks passing lane and curves their run once the ball is passed blocking the passing lane but giving the receiving player a yard to get the ball on their back foot. They take their 1st touch inside and play to the target player.
Passing player becomes defender, defender becomes attacker, attacker becomes target player, target player becomes passing player.
Coaching Points:
1. Creation of triangle

3. Checking shoulder
Progressions:
1. Defender now follows attacker on 1st touch so attacker turns and plays to target player
2. After ball is passed to target player they combine with middle player with a give and go to beat defender going in the opposite direction
3. Defender can now defend, the game is to get the ball to the target player then back. The passing player can find the target player but once the ball goes to the receiving player they can't pass back.

Field split in half, 2 goals, 2 neutral players, 1 attacker, 1 defender
Instructions:
Players play a 1 vs 1 + 2, the 2 being neutral players. One neutral in the attacking half, one neutral in the defending half. The neutral in the defending half can't be used in open play but is only used to take kick ins. The player in the attacking half can be used but only has 1 touch.

5. Timing of run if ball is in behind and not to feet
