Focus on dribbling and Games

Each time change it up example. ( Both feet,Left foot only, right foot only).
Can also start with in the hands with the younger group if needed.
-Player must sit down after they get back at the end of the line
-Cheering team mates on!
Number game: (15)Split into 2 even teams.
Give players on each team a number from 1-5 (higher number if you have more players)
The coach then calls out a set of numbers. Players will then come out once coach calls out their number and kicks the ball onto the field.If team doesn't score within 1 minute can always add another number to come onto the field.
Finish off with A full game at the end.

Warm up: (4-5 mintues) Start with running in the square.
Different movements. Knees up, hells up, 5 Jumps,Star Jumps. Forwards, Backwards, sideways. Etc
Add a ball each- (10 minutes)
Dribbling with the ball, on the whistle- 10 sole taps, 10 inside feet touches, Left foot only, right foot only.
each week add a new skill, Example Step over.
Shark Attack- Focusing on dribbling (15-20 minutes)
Aim of the Game: Players dribble around inside of the sqaure and the two Sharks inside the middle wearing a bid.
The aim is for the sharks to kick away the players balls, when a player dribbling loses the ball they become a shark. The last 2 players standing at the end of the game wins and next game they start of by being the sharks.
