Boys PD (50 mins)

Organization: Set up 3 areas on half field, mirror for the 9/10 groups.

1 can be set up in the endzones, 2 can be set up in the middle of the field split for the two age groups.

Equipment: Area 1- 15x30; hurdles, cones, flags, poles

Area 2- 15x30, cones, balls

Area 3- 15x40 split to 2 fields, 5' farpost nets, pinnies

Area 4- 15x 40 2 6' farpost nets, cones, balls

Rotation- 10 minutes per station, 1-2,2-3A, 3A-3B, 3B-4, 4-1. Have players bring there water with them to each station.

Instructions:

Area 1- Agility course, run as races, players go through and around flag, sprint back to high 5 next to start.

Area 2- Cones are 10M apart, players dribble staright across on either side of the cones, keep the ball under control. Progress to using both feet.

Area 3- 2 small sided games, split the 2 groups into 4 teams.

Area 4- Cones out 15M from goal, spaced 1M apart. Players dribble thru and finish on goal, retrieve the ball and give it to the next person waitning in line. Split the group in half so they are finishing in either direction. For the U7-10 ages use a keeper, either rotate after each shot, or a permanent one.

Girls PD (50 mins)
