- The attacking team of six players attempt to score
- The defensive team attempts to win the ball and play to counters goals - pass or dribble through
Coaching Points:
- Stay spread - distance between players - create width and depth
- Support on the ball - keep movement sharp - move when ball moves
- Look to interchange positions - make runs in front of defenders so they become distracted
- Speed of play - make quick decisions

Regulation Match
Coaching Points:
- 3 Lines of attack, Defender, Midfield, Striker (rotate players)
-Create as much space for player in possession
-Try to create a triangle at all to give good angle of support.
-Look to gaps to attack using Messi touches
-First thought is to go forward then if nothing is on, play back to start again.
Juggling Warm-Up (5 mins)
Organization:
15x30 yard grid, each Player with a ball.
Instructions:
- Players juggle in a specific pattern.
Coaching Points:
- Players try to improve their touches (suppleness, control and foot-eye coordination) by juggling with different surfaces of their feet & body.
- Focus and concentration on juggling pattern.
