Rules:
3 Defenders can enter attacking zone, 2 players must remain in central neutral zone
3 passes must be complete before possession is switched
Attacking players cannot enter neutral zone
If defending team win possession in either attacking zone, they can score in the small goals.
If defense scores, they switch roles with that attacking team as shown.
Objectives:
Attacking red and blue teams attempt to retain possession and penetrate the opposition lines while guarding against transition to defend. Objective for the defending yellow team is to win possession and transition to attack by scoring in small goals.

1 Red Mid + neutral player can move into any zone to create overloads.
Objectives:
Red team look to build up through the thirds and score in the large goal. They do this by fast attacking play and creating overloads in each third. The defending blue team look to defend and transition to attack in the small goals as shown.
