Organization: 2 players per channel.
Instructions: The attacking player attempts to first jog then run past defender to the oppposite endline. Defenders must jockey in front of attacker in hopes to either froce them out of bounds or cross the endlineline before they do. Each time the defender is able to do one of the two they gain a point. Each team the attacker can get by the defender to the endline they recieve a point.
Coaching Points:
Stand side on in an athletic stance
Be on your toes
knees slightly bent
continously move you feet to adjust position
Shift your stance as attacker travels side to side
Progressions:
Attackers jog to start then run

Organization: 2 players per channel. One soccer ball
Instructions: Defender passes the ball to attacker who traps it and keeps it at their feet. Defenders then close down attacker at an angle in an attempt to cut the field in half and force them to one side of the grid. Once they have completed their run they head back to their starting posotion and the attacker passes the ball down and repeats the process.
Coaching Points:
Approach ball at an angle
Long strides to close down the area
Short strides as you approach the ball
Stay side on in athletic stance
Keep yopur knees bent
move your feet for quicker reactions

Organization:2 players per channel. One soccer ball
Instructions: Defender passes the ball to attacker who traps it and keeps it at their feet. Defenders then close down attacker at an angle in an attempt to cut the field in half and force them to one side of the grid. This time attacker tries to dribble past defender and shot on goal. Attacker cannot shoot unitl they reach thblue cones. If defender can steal the ball they try to dribble through gates at the other end.

Organization: 2 players in each grid
Instructions: Players must try and tag their opponnents knee without having theirs tagged in the process. Each time they are sucessful they gain a piont. If their opponent goes outside the area they also gain a point. players may not slap opponents hands away to protect themselves. They may only switch their stance in order dodge a challenge.
