Objectives

Set Up
Area 30x30. Small wide goals at each end.
Rules and Conditions
Play 7v7. Begin playing directional game. Each team can attack two goals.
Time
2 x 7 minute games.

Scan shoulder
Open hips and shoulder
Back facing out where possible
Back foot where possible.

Set Up
Area 30x30. Small goal in each of the 4 corners of the area.
Rules and Conditions
Play 6v6+2.
Begin playing multi-directional game. Each team can score in any goal. When they score they can keep the ball but cannot score in the goal they just scored in until an attempt has been made on a different goal.
Time
3 x 7 minute games.
Progression
First team to score in each goal first wins.
Add square to the middle. Teams must play through middle square before they can score.
First team to score in all goals consecutively wins.

Rules and Conditions
Players go through PEP routine including Motor Movement, Dynamic Stretching, Strength, plyometric and sprint (with changes of direction) phases. Focus on techniques and landing mechanics. Use resistance bands for strength development and Post Activation Potentiation.
