6 cones, two defenders, 3 midfield, 1 striker. Each cone, 15yrds apart
Instructions:
Groups of 6, pass n move.
Go around cone before you get the ball
Skeletal --Angles, support. -Dummy run
Coaching Points:
Movement off of the ball. Supporting angles. Weight and accuracy of pass. Correct foot. Proper rotations/angles

Groups of 6. Ball must hit CD, CD, CM &K before ball can go wide or to attacking goal. Wings can enter.
