Shielding the ball with single and multiple pressure.

Set up
5x10 grids for every pair, seperate team into 2 groups with pinnies.
Instruction
Red player plays the ball into green player and follows pass to apply pressure. Green player must receive the ball and turn and shield the ball f then dribble out of the grid. Pass the ball into the red player and repeat.
Progression
Merge 2 zones-( right side pic)
Red player plays pass in for a 50/50, winner shields and tries to dribble out to end. Player with the ball over the line passes in for a 50/50 to opposite players.

Key factors for shielding- body low, arm out, weight on outside foot
Look to off balance opponent

Instructions
The ball must be shielded for 3 seconds while in a 1/4 with 1v2 before passing into an adjoining grid. The ball must be passesd 3 times while in a 1/4 that is 2v1.
To score the ball must be played through three grids and passed to target player at the end.
Rotatation
Rotate players every 3 minutes so that each player is 1v2 in a 1/4 to shield.
