-players with possession work to complete a minimum of 5 passes before they can transfer the ball over to their 2 waiting teammates on the other side
-can only transfer by dribbling directly across the line
-once transfer occurs, the player who dribbled and one other teammate go across the line to create a 4v2 in the other side. 2 remaining players stay back as targets
-2 defenders work for 2 minutes then we switch
-offense earns point for every transfer
-defense earns point for each pass they are able to make after winning ball back
Progression: a) 2 touch maximum b) can also pass over line but it must be a 1-time pass
