Rondo - Transition - Press (20 mins)

Transitional Rondo

1. Blues 5 v Red 3 - Blues keep possession of the ball in their square, if reds win the ball they pass and follow it to the two waiting reds in the other box. Reds keep possession - three blue players go and press the ball to win it back. If they win it, transfer it back to their box and continue.

2. As above - Blues keep possession, reds win it and play to their box - blues press to regain the ball - If successful can they play into the goal to score...

Set two pitches to work at the same time. - 20 minutes (rotate groups)

5 v 5 no 1 (20 mins)

4 Goal game -

1. 5 v 5 - Each team can score in any goal. Like real match, once goal is scored, the other team restarts the game.

2. Playing 5 v 5 - score in a goal and that goal is closed (goalscorer runs off the pitch grabs a cone and places into the goal)

Game continues until 1 team has scored in each goal.

Teams play this game - 20 mins - Then switch to alternative game other pitch

5 v 5 game

Teams start 1 v 1 in on pitch - teams have to play into players in the corner to bring them into the game, building as they go.

Game is won by getting all your players onto the pitch and scoring a goal.

Teams play this game - 20 mins - Then switch to alternative game other pitch
