set up as shown on both sides, divide up into teams to add competition.
bottom left player passes to defender, who passes back and play 2v1. Ball can be passed or dribbled over to create 2v1 in opposite half. 6 seconds to score. Defenders cannot leave zone, bonus point for give and go.
Progress: Add 2 defenders in the top half or have defenders follow to create different numbers.

32 width by 22 length.
Play 3v3/4v4 plus bumpers in the field. score by dribbling into end gates, different points for wide or central gate. Bonus point for give and go.
Play man mark - players must mark opposition

play 6v6 with wide channels. Ball must visit wide channel before you score, only 1 defender is allowed in the wide zone until the wide player receives the ball.
Defending team must defend 2 zones goalside of the ball.

Technical Warm Up:
Stage 1 - pattern
ball starts botom left, pass across for player to dribble into the cone, perform give and go, then pass to line opposite and repeat.
Stage 2 - 2v1 to goal
ball starts bottom left, pass across and player dribbles, on eye contact second player checks off cone to receive give and go then score on goal. Add in defender.

Penetrating touch to fix defender
detail of pass with disguise
timing of movement - angle and eye contact
change of speed
penetrating passes to speed up the game
