Pitch split so the wide area is distinguishable. Within the wide area there is two split zones. The atatcking team can score a goal by keeping the ball for one minute or by successfully dribbling the ball from Zone 1 into Zone 2 and scoring into the small goal.
The defending team should look to press aggressively (especially when the ball is in the wide areas) while maintaining a good compact shape.
