ORGANIZATION & CONDITIONS:
3 teams of 6 players.
One team defends / other two teams attack (keep possession of the ball).
Defending team switches role if they win possession or attacking team passed out of area.
*Defending team at the end of set time loses.
Guided Questions:
1. How do we receive the ball? (ABC's - ANGLE of support / BODY shape when receiving / C).
2. How do we create space? (make field big, high & wide, rotation of players).
3. How can we play out of pressure? (combination play / switch field / play to attract).
Defending:
1. Don't get split.
2. stay compact.
3. Find trigger to press.

Red (attacking) team aim to score in large goal. Blue (defending) team aim to score in mini goal within 6 seconds after securing possession.

ORGANIZATION & CONDITIONS:
Attacking team dribble the ball and then pass into forward. Two defenders join activity as soon as attacking players start dribbling. 3rd defending player cannot join until attacking team has dribbled over line (past yellow cones).
Team alternate attacking / defending.
Alternative rotation: Each team attacks twice / then defends twice.
Guided Questions:
1. Speed of play
2. Combination play
3. Decision making (#9 check shoulder - Turn vs pass?)
Defending:
1. Delay.
2. Prevent forward from turning.
3. Find trigger to press.
4. Work hard to recovery / press from the front (double down).

Warm-Up (15 mins)
Band Progressions: Side steps x 10 each way / Back pedal / forward kicks x 10 / backward kicks x 10 (repeat with other leg) / Monster walk / Fire hydrant x 10 / Squat jumps x 10.
Dynamic Warm-up: Players perform sport specific movements to prepare the body for activity (increase blood flow and muscle temperature).
Passing Tunnels: Players pass / receive ball in groups of 4/5. - Follow pass.

2) Receive and pass with opposite foot. (Two touch).
3) Receive with inside, touch with outside & pass (all with same foot -3 touches)
4) Receive - roll across + pass.

6) Two Touch - Inside bend
7) Two-three Touch - Chipped ball
1v1 / Ball Mastery: Players dribble towards each other, perform move (to right), dribble / take-over with next player in line. (4/5 times - then perform action to left).
1) Double touch - Opposite feet (inside / inside).
2) Double touch - Same foot (inside / outside).
3) Roll over (using sole of foot).
4) Scissors.
