Warm-up (15 mins)

Warm-up - set-up as per diagram

Organization: full field, pinnies, cones, balls

2 group of 3 players (A, B, C) red and blue will start the drill at the same time, facing each other. Middle player (A) (blue and red) will always start the play. A passes the ball to B and makes an overlap run around (behind) B to take his spot. B moves forward to receive the ball and pass it to C. Once B passed the ball, makes an overlap run around C to take his spot (follow your pass). The player in C or B possition shots (places) the ball for the keeper. Once a group of 3 players (ABC) is done, will start from the net they've taken the shot at

Crossing and finishing (40 mins)

Organization: as per diagram

Instructions:

Player in the A group moves the ball forward and takes a shot at the net (1). Once done he makes an ovelap run and goes in the D position waiting for the coaches pass to cross the ball (4)

Player B passes the ball to C (2 - in front of him) and then attacks the first post, waiting for the cross from A

Player C, once he receives the ball from B takes a shot at the net (3) and makes a run at the second post, waiting for the cross from player A.

Either player (B or C can finish)

Progression: once the play above is done, Player C (the far post) will go on postion E to wait for another pass fromthe coach and cross the ball to A and B to finish. Player A and B will need to get out of the box and go into the position to finish
