Instructions:
- Players start on one side.
- First player in each group runs to other side of the grid and carries back or dribbles any piece of treasure(cones, pennies)
- Players have to carry the treasure back like crowns, golden cannon balls, jewelry, or earings
Coaching Points:
- creative use of treasure

Progressions:
- Add shark that eats pirates that have not found treasure

Organization:
- Coach is in boat
- Players start on one side of the line(Bank)
Instructions:
- Players (Pirates) jump from one side of the bank to other when coach says in the river or on the bank
Coaching Points:
- feet together
- bend knees
- keep balance
- land soft
Progressions:
- one leg jumps(peg leg)
- frog jumps
- parrot jumps
- spin jumps
- Try to challange players reactionary skills by setting patterns and rythms of in the river and on the bank

Story/Description:
1.Marble Kings (defenders) start with their marble (ball) in their hands
2.Marble Kings then have to run around and hit another players marble with theirs
3.The two players then change roles
4.The game lasts for 30 seconds
Coaching Points:
1.Protect your marble by getting your body between it and the Marble King
2.Keep looking around for the Marble Kings so you can run the other way

Story/Description:
1.Players have to run from one side of the area to the other
2.The Pinball Wizard (coach) has to fire their pinball at the players legs to catch them
3.If the Pinball Wizard hits one of the players, they become a Pinball Wizard also
4.The last player in is the pinball king/queen
Coaching Points:
1.Keep your head up to see where the wizards are
2.Spread out to make it harder for the Pinball Wizards
3.Use changes of speed and direction to get away from the wizards
4.Keep your eye on the pinball as you fire it

Cannon Ball Run (15 mins)
Organization:
1. 20 x 20 yard area set up as shown
2. 8 players set up as shown
3. 10 balls
Learning Outcomes:

Story/Description:
1. Pirates (players) are all battling to be the “Captain of the Ship”
2. To do this they have to get from one end of the pirate ship to the other without getting hit by a cannon ball (soccer ball)
3. The cannon balls are being fired by the coach
4. Coach yells “CANNON BALLERS, ARE YOU READY?” to which the players respond “FIRE IN THE HOLE!” (This only happens when the first player is out)
5. Coach yells “PIRATES ARE YOU REDAY?’ pirates shout ‘RRRRRRRRRR’. Coach then yells “CANNON BALL RUN” and all the pirates run to the other end of the ship
6. Any pirate that gets hit with a cannon ball then becomes a cannon ball-er and helps fire cannon balls
7. The last pirate left is the Captain
Coaching Points:
1. Keep your eye on the cannon balls and use different movements to not get hit
2. Move quickly across the pirate ship
3. Keep your eye on the cannon ball when you hit it
4. Try to time the firing of the cannon ball so that the pirates run into it
