Week #7 -Penalty Shootout (Fun) (15 mins)

Organization:

Have 2 teams of equal numbers play each other in a penalty shootout.

Last player from one team standing wins.

Give the teams fun scenarios i.e "You are in the world cup final and you must score to win it for your country"

Week #8 -Dribbling Box Progression (15 mins)

20x20 yard box

Players are dribbling performing different techniques with the ball, working one a lot of individual moves and turns.

Progression:

Coach shows a creative turn, when he says go, players dribble out as quickly as possible, get to a cone on the outside and perform that turn, dribble back in as quickly as possible.
