Warmup (10 mins)
Double Square Passing and Follow Pass. Large Square 25x25 small square 6x6. Using 2 balls can have extra available. minimum number of players 10.
Start at opposite corners and flow will start clockwise as shown. Pass (dashed line) and follow pass (solid line)... mix of long pass from outside to inside then short pass and follow then long pass and follow. This is continuous in clockwise rotation.
Start 2 touch and once mastered can go to 1 touch.
Halfway through allotted time, reset quickly and change flow direction to counter clockwise, testing how quickly can make focus adjustment.
