Organization:
- 4 equal teams
- numbers up in each box each end box.
- players do not leave their grids.
- team in the middle only keep 2 players in (Other players on the side doing strength)
Time:
6 x 2 min rounds
Instructions:
- Red, yellow, green vs blue. Rotate defending team each round.
- 6x90 second rounds.
- Goal = connect 3 passes > play though a neutral to get the ball in the opposite box = 1 point.
- Team in possession can use neutrals to connect passes
- Defender gets a point by winning the ball and passing in to the mini goal.
- Ball must stay on the ground.
Regressions/Progressions:
P: Increase passes needed before playing to neutral.
R: Reduce passes needed.
R: You can play direct to the opposite box and skip neutrals.

Set up two grids
Time:
5 x 2.5 min
switch defenders every round
Instructions:
- Attacking players must stay inside their grid
- Defending players can move freely
- Ball must stay inside a grid untill both players touch the ball
- Once both players have touched the ball then it can be played into any other grid.
- There is no limit on how many times the two players inside the grid can combine passes.
- defending team who wins the ball the most wins.

Horseshoe Game (15 mins)
Organization:
Teams of two
One teammate on each cone
Time:
3 min games
Instructions:
- Both balls stay on same side
- Player 1 plays a long ball in the air to player 2
- Player 2 has one touch to stop the ball as close to their cone as possible
- Team 2 will repeat the same process and try to get the ball closer
- The team who gets closer gains a point.
