Warm Up Variation 8 (10 mins)

Set Up 2 x Grids (16m G1-G2 & 8m G3-G4)
Group 1 plays long ball to Group 2 who plays short pass to Group 3 who plays short pass to Group 4. Group 4 player receives on left side of pole and attack dribbles 4m then plays short pass to Group 1 player.
Player always follows pass to next Group.
Rotate after 2 mins (switch to G1, then G2, then G4, then G3, back to G1).
Dynamic stretch for 2 minutes in between rotations.
