Instructions:
- Defender plays to attacker then joins area and the two go 1v1 to the offset goals. Play until the ball goals of play or a goal is scored. At that point next defender plays is to the next attacker. Game is continuous. Swap roles after 3 mins.
Coaching Points:
- Quality of pass,
- Speed of pressure,
- Angle of approach,
- Last step in, first step back,
- Body position - Side on, stay low,
- Eyes on ball,
- Be patient!
- Front foot poke tackle when the time is right.
Progressions:
Competition between the two teams.

Field is split in half, 2 pug goals and 1 ball per field.
Instructions:
Players play 2 vs 2 to goal.
Players play for 2/3 minutes before switching roles. Players play in a tournament format.
Coaching Points:
1. Not allowing the attacker to 'commit you'
2. Not following ball when they pass
3. Recognize moments to cut of the +1 player to create a 2 vs 1
4. Recognize moments to win the ball
PRESSURE/COVER

- Introduce time limit

2 v. 2 to goal. if you score or ball goes over the end line, new team comes on with the ball.
