Description
Exercise is to work on a zonal press defensive press. Attacking team (Red) need to get the ball through the defending team's (blue) zonal press and attempt to score against the keeper. If the attacking team score they restart on the half way line. If the defending team win the ball, they need to get the ball over the half way line.
