Organization: 15x30. 4 players per grid.
Instructions: Short short long. Middle player starts by playing end player. This player takes a touch out of feet and shoots the ball under control on the ground to his far teammate. He follows his shot and plays a 1-2 with the far player, repeating the same action. Players follow their shot.
Coaching Points: Technique, awareness, movement to shoot, prep touch
Progressions: Before shooting the far player chooses a color gate to stand in. This is the gate the shooter must find.
