Players in each area are given same colour bibs
Instructions
Players pass the ball in to the target player, who lays the ball either side and the original player runs on to take a shot. The shooter then becomes target player, target player gets the ball & takes it to starting point
Challenges
Use right foot only, left foot only
Use specific surface of foot to strike
Hit 'Corners'
Hit 'net' (backboard) without a bounce
Progression
Target player becomes a defender adding the skill aspect to the session.
