This game focuses on the build up phase as well as the pressing phase with limited physical stress on the player. The pinks look to build out within the locked area. The area represents a 4(+1)v3. The second area shows a 2v2+GK. The idea is to build out through the first phase, play into the second area and overload the opponent to score.
