Set Up
Ball each, players working on their touches and turns.
Coach will call out instructions and moves that take the players off in different angles.

Set Up
Players even split between four manequins in Diamond format.
Manequins are 10/15 yards apart.
Supply of balls to the side with the coach.
Progression 1:
Ball is played from A to B, player at A then moves to his left to the next station (D).
The pass to B triggers player directly opposite at D who sprints over and closes down player B.
Motion is to continue passing to player on right and moving to right to next position.
Two touch to keep pace up.
Progression 2:
Player A passes to Player B, starts to go to press B, then checks and sprints to D.
The pass still triggers the player directly opposite.
Progression 3:
Finally, Player A starts when ball comes in from the coach.
They receive and Player C is triggered and presses early and shows them 'down the line'. They decide.
By doing this Player A needs to decide which way he will pass; Player D or Player B.

Four stations, 50 yards apart
Two manequins or poles in the centre
Players evenly split across the four corners
Two players in the centre on the manequins
Rotation
Ball played side ways from A to B
Player B plays ball then into player C who has come around in front of the marker
Player C lays the ball off into player D who again has come off the marker
Player D lays the ball off to player A who has made the run from the marker
Player A now lays off straight into player E or player F diagonal
Ball starts again, player E to F and then into D

3 mins games and wall players.

Set up a box 5x5 with poles.
Feeders (coaches) either side of goal posts with supply of balls.
Players 30 yards out in a group.
One player in the box.
Rotation:
Player in box, ball fed into them in air or on ground.
Player has two touches to hit target.
If they miss target they are out.
If they score then can select next shooter who has to score or out.
