Objective of session to to allow for players to be creative through various sessions incorporating the technical and physical attributes needed w hen dribbling. The drills are designed to be fun, competitive and demanding from a speed of play perspective.

Organization:
- Make a 30 x 25 yard grid, smaller if less players
- divide the group into 2 equal teams of 4 (rotate sub if group is bigger than 8)
- teams look to dribble through one of the two (2) gates to make a point.
Progressions:
- 2 ponts awarded if everyone on the team touches the ball once before dribbling through the gate.
- add middle gate to dribble through (left, right and centre)
Coaching Points:
- speed of play = fast (where possible)
- decision making (when to take the defender on in a 1v1)
- head up

Organization:
- 15 x 15 or larger depending on size of kids
- Coaches plays ball into team, first player on each team enters the grid and player with ball looks to score on either net.
Progression:
- On Coaches command player sprints to corner cone and then back to home before entering grid
- Must score in 7 seconds or less
- Add a second game during play
Coaching Points:
- Quick change of direction
- Pace
- Different cuts to beat defender / opponent
- Face defender / opponent to take him on
- Creativity / Attacking Mentality

Organization:

- Coaches plays ball into middle, first player on each team enters the grid and player with ball looks to score on either net by taking on their defender and scoring in the net by entering the "Scoring Zone"
Progression:
- Have players sit down or face the other way.
- Must score in 7 seconds or less
- Add a second game during play

- Different cuts to beat defender / opponent
- Face defender / opponent to take him on
- Creativity / Attacking Mentality

- make the teams rotate GKs every 4 mins.
Progressions:
- One touch finish are worth 2 goals
- finishing with non-dominant foot worth 2 goals
Coaching Points:
- speed of play = fast (where possible)
- decision making
- attacking mentality
- team defending (everyone is behind the ball when it's lost)
- game management when in possession (don't simply kick it away)
- urgency to score when behind

Organization:
- players split into 4 groups 3 (or 3 groups of 4)
Procedure:
- players race through 4 stages of the obstacle course performing a variety of fundamental skills (i.e.: forward/backwards running, skipping, hopping, bear-crawls, frog jumps, lateral shuffles etc.)
