Pattern to receive for striker, wide player to finish.
Ball begins right side defender. Across to wide player, back to left side defender who hits it into striker's feet. Striker either beats defender with a first move or holds (wait for 2v1 overload run) and lays into path of wide player, who begins a run inside of striker when ball goes forward towards striker. Finish with a shot at goal.
Repeat from right sided players making run. First pass from left sided defender.

Passing & Speed Warm Up (15 mins)
Players work in 2's. First to 40 passes, taking two touches each. Light on your feet, prepare in advance for receiving strong pass.
Progression 1
40 passes, then one partner runs around the whole group (4 red cones on sidelines, including quick footwork at each end). As they complete this, the other player takes their turn. Whoever finished first as a pair, wins.
Prog 2
40 passes (45 for winning team from previous game). Once completed, a player goes to score in both goals, return to switch with partner. First team back wins.
Prog 3
40 passes. Both exercises to complete from previous progressions. First group back wins.
Prog 4
Partners work against eachother this time, listening for coaches call of blue or red. Cones will be placed at either end, blue one end and red the other. Upon call, players race between eachother to set of cones.
