Organization:

Instructions:
1. Coach plays pass into feet of the striker.
2. First touch out of feet at an anlge to setup the shot. Second touch is shot on goal.
3. Must shoot before top of the eighteen.
4. Retreive ball and return to the back of the line.
5. Switch sides after a certain amount of time.
Coaching Points:
1. Move feet to receive on the back foot.
2. First touch should set up the shot without wasting steps.
3. Land on shooting foot.
4. Head up before shot to observe the GK.

Organization:
1. 5x4 yard receiving box.
2. Empasis on the short backlift.
Instructions:
1. Coach plays pass into feet of the striker.
2. First touch out of feet at an anlge to setup the shot. Second touch is shot on goal.
3. First touch must keep the ball in the red box.
4. Retreive ball and return to the back of the line.
5. Switch sides after a certain amount of time.
Coaching Points:
1. Move feet to receive on the back foot.
2. First touch should set up the shot without wasting steps.
3. Land on shooting foot.
4. Head up before shot to observe the GK.
5. Keep the first touch tight.
6. Short back lift on the shot.
7. Follow through and land on kicking foot to generate the power.

Instructions:
1. Shooter chips the ball in to coach/GK's hands. Moves in the direction they want he ball.
2. Coach/GK underhand tosses the ball in the shooter's path. Shooter strikers a volley to goal.
3. Retreive ball and return to the back of the line.
Coaching Points:
1. Head up to see GK.
2. Head over the ball when striking.
3. Eye on the prt of the ball you want to strike.
4. Time your approach to the shot so you hitthe ball on the way down.
5. Plant foot next to the ball when striking.
Progressions:
1. Vary service to the striker.
-Underhand.
-Bounce.
-Short hop.
-Spin toss.

Organization:
1. Four distances icreasingly further away from goal.
Instructions:
1. Take turns shooting.
2. Start at the closest cone.
3. Move back each time you hit the cross bar.
4. First person to hit the crossbar from all four levels wins.
