Organization:
- 4 cones in the middle of the area, 4 groups
- Each player has a ball
Instructions:
- On Coaches command, players dribble out to the cone, perform turn and take a prep touch before taking a shot.
- After the shot the next person in line goes.
- Perform outside cut/Cryuff
Coaching Points:
- Close Control
- Head Up (check over shoulder to assess space and pressure)
- Accelerate after the turn
- Lower your body to give a better platform to accelerate
-Distance of touch (helps next action)
-Protecting the ball while dribbling
-Correct technique to finish
Progressions:
- Make into a race
- Challenge more advanced players to perfrom Cryuff turn/L turn.

Organization:
-Place two goals facing away from each other.
- Leave enough space in between the goals for players to challenge each other for the ball
Instructions:
- Coach sends a ball to the middle and players go after the ball to play a 1v1

- Recognize space to turn into
- Turn away using correct foot
- Use body to protect the ball

Instructions:
-One attempts to score in goals labeled A and the other in goals labeled B these goals can be different colors so that players can easily visualize where they are trying to score.
Coaching Points:
-controlled aproach
-appropriate turn to protect or change direction
-turn into space
-head up after turning for next action
