Football/Soccer Session (Difficult): Tuesday Individual training 2/20/24

Screen 1 (60 mins)

Station 1:

Three different colored gates. Player on the single cone will receive a pass and go through the gate called by the passing player. When the player dribbles through the gate they will pass down to the next passing player and go to the end of the line. 

Station Two: Small touch maze

Multiple cones in the area. Players dribble through the cones with small itouches. When they make it out of the cones they pass to the next player and go to the end of the opposite line. 

Station 3: Agilty pole dribbling. Set up 2 if needed. 

Players will dribble with speed, while controlling the ball throught the agility poles, they will then turn and pass to the next player in line.
