Organisation:
Player 1 passes to Player 2 who makes an opposite movement to receive on an angle
Player 2 opens up and passes to Player 3
Player 3 takes a touch and passes to Player 4 in the starting position

Organisation:
North, East, South, West game
2v2 plus neutral players at either ends
If less than 8 players, neutral players can move to other parts of shaded area.
players can move into spare boxes (no sharing boxes!!!)
defenders can only intercept, no tackles
2 touch only, to keep ball moving and train awareness
Neutrals have to keep ball rolling: ideally one touch, 2 if necessary
Coaching points:
Promote learning outcomes in session in a realistic game environment, use stoppages to coach
Progressions:
If the team in the middle (playing green to green) manage to go end to end twice, they can shoot from a green player cut back.
Rotate teams in the middle on the clock and develop a competition format.

FIFA 11+ warmup (15 mins)
FIFA 11+ warmup, with added hurdles and ladders. Do every exercise twice, with the players switching sides every time. Keep players 2m apart! Focus on technique of ladders and hurdles (2 feet, slow, good knee action)
All exercises done twice: 1) run 2) open the hips 3) close the hips 4) front stretch (sweep the grass) 5) front lunge 6) lateral motion around the cone 7) forward and back 8) hop hop sprint.
